Dr. Amar Dhall (Centre Director)

Amar is a highly-skilled, experienced and genuinely caring clinical psychotherapist, counsellor, coach and Somatic Experiencing practitioner in training.

He is a thought leader, author and entrepreneur in the fields of trauma, wellbeing and sustainable high-performance.

Amar is one of the directors for Australian-based corporate emotional intelligence training and education company, Primal Intelligence and the USA-based company, The Lawyer’s Centre for Performance and Wellbeing.

Amar holds international, national and local leadership positions in the Mankind Project, a global network of charitable/ non-profit organisations that conduct challenging and highly rewarding programs for men at every stage of life.

The Mankind Project supports a global brotherhood of over 1,000 peer-facilitated men’s groups serving close to 10,000 men each week. 

Amar has designed and delivered courses and workshops as well as facilitated groups and circles for people in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia.

In 2014, he was awarded the Dean’s Choice Award for Excellence in Education at the University of Canberra.

Amar is a talented therapist delivering powerfully transformative and restorative sessions for his clients from a place of deep connection, authentic presence and when appropriate, tinged with a playful sense of humour.

Sandy Farac (Centre Director)

Sandy is a down-to-Earth, real and kind therapist, counsellor and coach.

These qualities make her approachable and a delight to work with.

Even though Sandy is well-trained and highly experienced, she works without technical jargon.

Sandy really listens to her clients and takes the time to deeply understand you as a person in order to work out what you need.

She is a trauma specialist who supports people with all kinds of pain, whether it is emotional, spiritual or physical.

Sandy has a natural gift for supporting people with physical pain without medical explanation.

She is currently enrolled to complete her specialisation in trauma work using the modality Somatic Experiencing.

Sandy will always tell you truth and gently support you to see the truths you may not want to see, but deep down know you have to face. 

Sandy is a compassionate therapist and educator and has designed and delivered online courses and programs for mediation and psychoeducation.

She offers regular online practices to support her clients to remap their inner life incorporating the latest biopsychosocial evidence-based research without the need for them to be scientists or scholars to deeply benefit.

With years of experience supporting her clients to feel empowered and a deeply compassionate soul, Sandy is a powerful therapist.
